Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you may return any item within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. To initiate a return, you must notify us in writing (by email) within this 14-day period. We will then provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior notice will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be in their original condition, including packaging where applicable. You may handle the product to assess its nature and functionality as you would in a physical store. However, if the item is returned with signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary for such inspection, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund reflecting the loss in value.

Non-Returnable Items

We currently do not have any product categories that are excluded from return, but we reserve the right to update this policy in the future.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed by bank transfer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within a reasonable period — typically within 5 to 14 business days, depending on your bank.

Only the product price will be refunded. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
